Open Arbitration exists because mandatory arbitration should work for everyone it touches — consumers, businesses, and the public alike. We build the tools and data that make that possible.
The platform is owned and operated by Make Sure It Happens Inc. (www.msih.org), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on consumer rights and institutional reform.
