Request a Partial NDA Release
If you signed a non-disclosure agreement as part of an arbitration settlement, you may have the right to request a partial release from specific confidentiality obligations. We generate a formal demand letter for you to send — at no cost.

How It Works
Tell Us the Basics
Enter the company name, product or service category, and the date range of your NDA. Then choose which types of disclosures you want the right to make.
We Generate Your Letter
Our system produces a formal Phase 1 demand letter using your information. You review, authorize, and send it yourself — directly to the company.
Track & Escalate
We track the company's response. If they refuse, the request escalates from your personal demand letter to an organizational advocacy letter sent by MSIH on your behalf.
Why This Works
Public Policy Limits on NDAs
Courts have consistently held that NDAs cannot be used to suppress evidence of illegal conduct, safety hazards, or matters of significant public concern. A demand for modification on these grounds is legally recognized.
The Two Phases
We generate your letter — you review, authorize, and send it yourself, directly to the company.
If no response, MSIH sends an organizational letter on its own letterhead referencing its regulatory relationships.
The Letter You Send
This is a sample of the Phase 1 demand letter generated from your intake. The orange fields are filled with your information. You choose which disclosures to request — those become the attached exhibits. You review, authorize, and send the letter yourself.
