Open Arbitration (openarbitration.org) is a project of Make Sure It Happens Inc. (“MSIH”), a non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the United States. Our mission is to increase transparency in consumer arbitration and to support advocates, attorneys, researchers, and the public in understanding and navigating the mandatory arbitration system.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
